About Les

With a successful career spanning more than 30 years in the fashion industry, Les decided to make a career change bringing his keen sense of style, color, and proportion to the world of real estate. After spending much time in Arizona over the last 20 years and falling in love with the Southwest lifestyle and its picturesque surroundings, Les and his wife Michelle, a successful Interior Designer in her own right, decided to sell his most recent business and make Scottsdale their permanent residence.

Les and his wife embarked on a journey developing and building high-end custom homes in Scottsdale, a passion he has had throughout his life as evidenced by the multiple homes bought, remodeled, and sold over the years. A history of success continued to repeat itself as his spec homes set new standards of excellence and price per foot benchmarks in their respective neighborhoods. Due to the dramatic changes happening currently in the real estate industry, he is now applying years of accumulated knowledge and experience to the sale and marketing of residential homes.

Outstanding negotiating skills honed through dealings in international trade, advanced marketing techniques combined with superior technology, and outstanding customer service are the guidelines by which he operates. “I’m always looking for the hidden jewel…the one unique property that is perfect for my client both as a home and always as an investment. There are exquisite jewels at every price point…they just have to be found…and that is what I excel at.” According to Les, “quality is not determined by size and square footage, but rather in the details of construction, fine finishes, and amenities within the home.” His ability to recognize these features, and convey it to his clients, is one of his most distinguishing characteristics. “I empower my clients with information, insight, and creative solutions that allow them to make the best possible real estate investment decisions.”

Les has also been fortunate in his personal life. Born in Europe, raised in Los Angeles, he earned a BS in Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. He was voted “Alumni Entrepreneur of the Year” by the USC Graduate School of Business for his myriad accomplishments. As the CEO of several apparel industry companies,he qualified to join YPO/WPO chapters in both California and Arizona. Les wanted to give back to his community, so while his own son and daughter were busy establishing their own careers in Los Angeles, he has been a mentor for the last few years with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Arizona.
