I have access to numerous sources of information which will allow you to make an informed decision and save you both time and effort in the process.

My goal is simple… to find the property best meeting your needs and desires at the right price. Through one on one consultations, we will collectively determine your criteria and analyze your needs. Once we reach a consensus, I will develop a plan to begin your property search.

I will also assist in the following areas:

  • Assist Buyers in the Pre-Qualification and Pre-Approval process.
  • Educate Buyers (Buyers Advisory) about purchasing real estate in Arizona.
  • Communicate all pertinent information regarding each community including:
    1. HOA Fees.
    2. Property Taxes.
    3. Submit a written Market Analysis to compare and evaluate asking price valuations once a property has been identified.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate the best terms and price possible for the buyer.
  • Prepare a schedule for all inspections including pest control, appraisal, home inspection, and all appointments in accordance with buyer’s physical inspection, contingencies and successful close of escrow.
  • Monitor loan contingency status.
  • Assist in coordination of closing of escrow.
  • Review HUD settlement statement to insure contract compliance.
  • Assure keys and access are delivered to buyer upon notification of close of escrow and recordation.
